 One of our Lambda sisters, Jennifer Laster, recently received a Fulbright Award. Jenifer is an English teacher at Barack Obama Green Charter School in Plainfield. The Fulbright Teachers for Global Classrooms Program will allow Laster to study abroad for a semester in order to learn and share ideas with other educators. This award is sponsored by the Fulbright program and the U.S. Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
