DKGNJ Meeting Procedures:
The procedure for meeting and reporting at state meetings: 

• an agenda for your committee meeting is due to the president one week prior to the committee meeting;
• Form for Submitting Committee/Chair Reports  Please use this form to submit reports to Christine Musick, Delta Kappa Gamma New Jersey Recording Secretary at [email protected] no later than one week after our meeting! This form is appropriate for reports from committee meetings and reports from individual chairs at our state meetings. 
• All state chairs should encourage their chapter chairs to communicate individual replies and questions directly to the state chair.​​
