The procedure for meeting and reporting at state meetings:
- an agenda for your committee meeting is due to the president one week prior to the committee meeting;
- Form for Submitting Committee/Chair Reports (9/15/25)
- Please use this form to submit reports to Betty Monaghan Delta Kappa Gamma New Jersey Recording Secretary at [email protected] no later than two weeks after our meeting! This form is appropriate for reports from committee meetings and reports from individual chairs at our state meetings.
- All state chairs should encourage their chapter chairs to communicate individual replies and questions directly to the state chair.
