Dear Chapter Presidents and Chapter Expansion Chairs,
The Expansion Committee Needs Your Help. We are collecting data on our members to determine where AZS has a presence and to target schools in your county from which we can recruit new members. If AZS is going to continue to be strong and grow, we need new members of all ages but particularly the X&Y and millennial generations.
Linked to this webpage is a spreadsheet of your Chapter’s members - Expansion Project 2015. Please update the list and check for accuracy. Fill in the county of employment, name of district, name of school / building and county of residence. (The page is password protected and our Founder will let you in.) A filled in sample is shown below.
Also attached is a sheet with all the county BOE links. On these Web sites is a list of all the schools in each county. Once you have the above information, you can compare where your members are coming from and what schools within the counties they need to target your search to invite new members. I request that this data is returned to me. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
