Greetings ladies,
Please review the attached phone chain.
Two changes have been made, Joan Stuart (L) and Carol Schwartz (G). This revised document has today's date on it so please delete any older copies before you use this document.
The executive committee has been reviewing the data for Saturday evenings pending storm. Calls to Steinert HS as well as members that live in various locales, north & south, and checking weather maps for those areas indicate that the storm, ice, flooding and snow will arrive later that afternoon.That being said...a big "if" regarding timing is involved in this decision. We love seeing you all and feel in person meetings are imperative but the bottom line is we value you and your safety!
I'm sending this email as a notification and the phone chain will start at 5pm as a courtesy to those in the classroom.
An agenda and zoom link will follow tomorrow afternoon. Jan will have these also posted on our website.
The Saturday State meeting, January 6th at Steinert will go on as planned as a zoom meeting starting at 9 am.
An agenda via email for this meeting will follow with the zoom link tomorrow as some shifting gears are necessary.
