Introduction:
Stefanie Lachenauer is the 2025 New Jersey State Teacher of the Year and an educator with nearly 20 years experience. She has been sharing mindfulness in and out the classroom with students since 2013. As a frequent national and international conference speaker, Stefanie presents on topics in education ranging from trauma sensitive practices, mindfulness, social emotional learning, and other neuroscience backed practices. She is passionate about supporting students in learning about and appreciating themselves while empowering them to create change in their lives and the world. Her first book, Let the Glitter Settle: Mindfulness for Teens was just released October 2025.
