DKGNJ Convention 2024 - Hotel Registration
A block of rooms has been reserved for April 12 - 14, 2024. The special room rate will be available until March 22, 2024 - or the group block is sold-out

RESERVATION METHOD: Reservations will be made by individual call. When calling in for reservations guests must call 1-800-222-TREE(8733) no later than Friday, March 22nd, 2024 and ask for the reservations in the Delta Kappa Gamma (DKG) 2024 room block to ensure attaining the group rate.

You must only work with what is below the blue line!! The special rate and use points and money options are there, but they remove you from our room block! We need you to use the blue links below the pictures so that you are counted in the room block. If you are a Hilton member they will give you your points at the registration desk when you check in.
Reservations using the online link below. You MUST use the DKG Hilton link on the convention website or call the Somerset doubletree directly at 732.469.2600 ( mention DKG) to be included in our room block - REMEMBER, we need you included to meet our contract obligations! If you use 1 800 Hilton or the Hilton website your room count in our quota. Make your reservation no later than March 21, 2024 (the deadline is midnight) and ask for the reservations in the Delta Kappa Gamma (DKG) 2024 room block to ensure attaining the group rate.
Per the fire code of Franklin Township, NJ guest rooms cannot have more than 4 guests per room.
If you do not register as DKG you may get a cheaper rate, but we will not get credit for you and, if we do not make our room guarantee, we’ll pay a huge penalty. We lose your credit if you check out early!
