Program
Looking for a program?
The Program Planning Committee has created a list of programs for chapter and state program planners. It is being posted here so chapters have a resource of programs, some that could possibly turn into a chapter project. The AZS Program Planning Chairs shared their ideas for programs and programs they have had at their own chapters that were so good they wanted to let us all know about them. Some of the listings require research to gain more information about scheduling a program, while others listed are from chapters that have had the program and are recommending it to us. Whenever possible there is a contact person who can try to help answer any questions you may have. We all hope you find this resource useful to each chapter. Download the list here Can you help?
We are always looking for ideas for workshop presenters. Have you heard, presented, or participated in a presentation on the arts, technology, current educational issues, personal growth, or other areas of interest? Please share your ideas with Carol Schwartz, AZS Program Planning Chair (elect). We seek your suggestions in order to plan an informative and enjoyable convention. Dr. Lyn Schmid gave a program at the Northeast Regional Conference in Maine, July, 2013, It Doesn't Take Barbells to Strengthen a Chapter. She has given us permission to publish it on our website. It is attached as a pdf portfolio. ( An up-to-date version of Adobe Reader is necessary. This application may offer to let you download one. You may have to click on "open with a different reader".)
