The state meeting scheduled for Saturday June 3rd will be held in person at Steinert High School in Hamilton.

Dear Executive Officers 2021-23 and 2023-25, State Committee Chairs and Chapter Presidents,
The last days of school are fast approaching. Whether we are in the classroom and looking forward to the tranquility and freedom of summer or are retirees looking forward to time with friends and family, we all look to June and the summer months as a time of renewal. Our DKGNJ summer of renewal begins June 3rd when our chapter presidents and 2021-2023 and 2023-2025 state committee chairs attend the transition meeting. Hopefully, by increasing personal connections to and within the Society, each of us will leave with a sense of excitement for the next biennium. The 2021-2023 committee chairs will share materials, insights and recommendations with the newly appointed 2023-2025 chairs. The chapter presidents (or representatives) will attend a workshop, “Chapter Strengthening - Revitalization” presented by past state presidents, Carmella DeMarco and Claire Swanson.
We hope all out-going and in-coming committee chairs and current chapter presidents can attend this important meeting. 2021-23 State Chairs are encouraged to bring hard copy materials and/or files/binders (flash drive) to review, discuss and pass to your successor. If there is no transition, please feel free to attend and share your ideas.
