Greetings,
As a reminder, at the 2024 International Convention, a decision was made to undertake a comprehensive revision of our governing documents. Enclosed is the preliminary draft of the proposed bylaws, recommended by the Revision Task Force and presented during the December 2025 Inside International.

All members are encouraged to carefully review the draft and share any suggestions, recommendations, concerns, or questions with the Revision Task Force no later than 11:59 PM Central Time on January 5, 2026.

Your feedback is crucial and will help shape the final draft of the proposed bylaws, to be presented for adoption at the 2026 International Convention in Aurora, Colorado.

For your convenience, the summation notes from the December Inside International, where the preliminary draft was introduced, are attached. Additionally, the related PowerPoint presentation can be found on the www.dkg.org website under Events → International Convention → Aurora, Colorado → Bylaws Revision.

Thank you for your thoughtful review and active participation in this important process. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at [email protected].

Wishing you a wonderful holiday season filled with joy.
Regards,
Beverly
