Attached please find the summation notes (also posted below) for the June 2026 Insider International as well as the interactive Form 119 for presenting motions.

Members are encouraged to submit amendments to the proposed bylaws using Form 119 before the convention whenever possible. Advance submission:

• Will assist staff in preparing amendments for presentation during convention sessions, including displaying the exact wording on the screen for members to review before voting, thereby reducing procedural delays.
• Will help identify any areas where a proposed amendment may affect other sections of the proposed bylaws or GAPP, allowing those connections to be addressed before convention.
• Will provide members with guidance and assistance, if needed, in drafting a clear, concise, and effective amendment. Advance review can help ensure the proposal is accurately worded, uses appropriate language, and clearly reflects the intent of the member.
