Please check the menus carefully. If you have an allergy or a special need that is not met by one of the menu items (there are vegan and gluten free options for all of the meals), please detail your need on your registration. Gluten free and diabetic desserts are available, but must be requested on your registration form. They will be chef's choice at the convention.
Please remember when you look at the prices on these menus that you are not paying for just a main course. Your payment also covers your beverages and dessert, tax, and the gratuity you would ordinarily leave for your server. Since this is a banquet, it also covers the use of the banquet facility, the microphones, dais, all the meeting space, and the programs that accompany the meals.
